Registration is confirmed only after payment (if applicable) and availability confirmation.

Participants are expected to follow instructor guidance and maintain respectful conduct during sessions.

Workshop materials, schedules, and venue details may vary by event and will be shared in advance.

Event photos may be taken for community updates and promotional use unless a participant opts out in writing.

Kalora is not responsible for personal belongings. Parents/guardians are responsible for minors outside workshop supervision windows.
