1. Participant Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible via the contact form.

Where possible, bookings may be shifted to the next available session for the same workshop category.

3. Event Changes

If Kalora reschedules or cancels a session due to operational reasons, participants will receive update options.

4. No-shows

No-show handling may vary by event type and capacity constraints.
